You will be in close contact with your clients and more specifically the decision making
authorities who control budgets for technology demands. Moreover, you go out of your way to
strengthen this relationship of trust with your clients.
How will you achieve this goal?

• You will develop a working knowledge of the customer’s business and their needs.
• Build strong relationships with key customer contacts. The customers should see you as
  trusted technology and business advisors.
• Those customers discuss their technology needs with you. Through personal
  conversations, you’ll figure out how to perfectly match our services to the client's needs.
• Opportunities are there to be seized! You spot possible opportunities to generate as
  much business as possible for your team.
• Together with our internal teams, you will do your utmost to match the client’s open
  requests with our digital talent and solutions. In all of this, you will secure a close
  follow-up.
• Keep yourself updated with latest technology trends. Focus on continuous learning and
  development. Participate in relevant industry events to build customer and partner
  network.

• We are looking for an account manager, so +/- 3 years of relevant experience is
  important for us. Meaning a similar role within IT consultancy, IT solutions, IT services
  …
• The focus will be on IT and Digital Solutions within the world of Banking, Financial
  Services and Insurance industry. If you already had a role within this sector, that would
  be a plus!
• You love communicating with people, learning more about someone's needs and how
  you can play an important role.
• You are result-oriented, so achieving predefined goals gives you a ton of energy. 
  Moreover, you are not afraid to ask questions, address people and negotiate to achieve
  your goal.
• You are known for your ability to set priorities and to multitask. This also helps you to
  deal with stressful situations.
• You have an excellent knowledge of French and English.
